42' - Gavin McManus finds Jim Musgrave with a long ball.  Jim Musgrave passes to John Taggart.  John Taggart tries to hit a long range shot past the keeper...but the shot is deflected out of play by the keeper!  The linesman signals its a corner for Southampton.  Chris Banjo places the ball to take the corner.  He whips the ball into the box, but he only manages to find opposing player Neil Huntress.  

44' - Mick Main successfully tackles Neil Huntress and gains possession for his team.  Southampton launch a counter attack.  Mick Main tries to beat Brad Mohan using his ball skills.  The opposing player is unable to stop Mick Main who takes the ball forward!  

45' - Mick Main looks to strike a long range shot into the top of the net...but its over!

45' - The referee blows the whistle for half time.
