That's a great goal from the The Spartans player!  The keeper got a hand to the ball but it wasn't enough!

34' - Bruce McDermott slides the ball to Gordon Buchanan.  Gordon Buchanan finds James McCall with a short pass.  James McCall spots a run from George Aitken.  He tries to release him with a long ball over the top, and George Aitken runs on to the ball.  George Aitken tries to shoot the ball into the top of the net...but the shot is stopped by the keeper!  He is unable to hold it though...John Watt pounces on the loose ball...John Watt looks to hit the ball past the keeper...and its in! It's a lovely goal from John Watt for Aberdeen!  The keeper had no chance!

Aberdeen try to launch a quick counter attack.  Alexander McSherry slides the ball to George Aitken.  George Aitken sees a run from John Watt.  He tries to release him with a throughball, and John Watt runs on to the ball.  John Watt hits the ball...but the shot is offtarget!
