22' - Oliver MacBride spots a run from Rhys Flynn.  He attempts to play a throughball, and Rhys Flynn is able to take the ball.  Rhys Flynn tries to shoot the ball into the top of the net...but the shot is deflected out of play by the keeper!  That will be a corner for  Newport.  Joe Dempster places the ball to take the corner.  He whips the ball into the box, but he only manages to find opposing player Charlie MacEwen.  

30' - Ian McLean finds Eddie Baines with a long pass.  Eddie Baines strikes the ball from long range...but the shot is saved by the keeper!  

35' - Danny Wiliams chips a long ball to Ben Lessels.  Ben Lessels finds William McPhetridge with a short pass.  William McPhetridge passes the ball to Davie Ormond.  Davie Ormond tries to use ball skills to beat Bob Fannon.  The opposing player is unable to stop Davie Ormond who takes the ball forward!  

36' - Davie Ormond tries to unleash a long range shot...but the shot is offtarget!

38' - Arthur Slane hits the ball long to Ian McLean.  Ian McLean tries to hit a long range shot...but the shot is stopped by the keeper!  He is unable to hold it though...Charlie MacEwen is first to the loose ball and is able to clear.

44' - Arthur Lobban passes to Barry Lynch.  Barry Lynch slides the ball to Ben Lessels.  Ben Lessels crosses the ball and finds Davie Ormond.  Davie Ormond jumps up to head the ball attempting to beat the keeper...and Davie Ormond scores!  That's an exquisite goal from the Alvechurch player!  The ball flew past the keepers hand!

44' - Newport kick the ball off for the restart.  

45' - The referee blows the whistle for half time. 

46' - Newport kick the ball off for the start of the second half.  

50' - Hugh Chancellor passes the ball to Blake Flynn.  Blake Flynn passes to Oliver MacBride.  Oliver MacBride plays a short pass to Blake Flynn.  Blake Flynn attempts to strike a long range shot into the corner of the net...but Danny Wiliams deflects the shot out of play.  The linesman flags for a corner for  Newport.  Oliver MacBride will take the corner.  He hits the ball into the box, but the ball misses everyone.  

51' - Oliver MacBride sees a run from Rhys Flynn.  He attempts to play him through with a quick ball, but Rhys Flynn has strayed offside!  

56' - Eddie Baines hits the ball from distance towards goal...but Danny Wiliams stops the shot!  He can't hold it though...Joe Dempster is first to the ball...Joe Dempster tries to shoot the ball into the corner of the net...but the shot goes wide!

56' - There is going to be a subsitution.  Rob McClurg is going to be taken off.  Mark Gibson joins the game from the bench.  

67' - Bryan Russell plays a short pass to Hugh Chancellor.  Hugh Chancellor slides the ball to Eddie Baines.  Eddie Baines looks to shoot from distance into the top of the net...but the ball flies over the bar!
