Marcus Belches flicks a header down towards the bottom corner...but the shot is tipped around the post by Edward McCamy!  That will be a corner for  Montrose.  Marcus MacMasters places the ball to take the corner.  He sends the ball into the box, but opposing player Frank Elliot takes possession.  

33' - Ian MacDiarmid passes a long ball to Robert McCoig.  Robert McCoig attempts to use his skills to beat Eric McDonald, and is able to dribble past his opponent!

Joseph Spalding attempts to hit the ball past the keeper...but Patrick Noyce stops the shot!  He can't hold it though...Gordon Welsh manages to clear the ball for the defending team.

49' - Robert McCoig finds Ian MacDiarmid with a short pass.  Ian MacDiarmid passes to Frank MacPherson.  Frank MacPherson plays the ball to Ian MacDiarmid.  Ian MacDiarmid spots a run from Joseph Spalding.  He attempts a long ball over the top, and Joseph Spalding runs on to the ball.  Joseph Spalding looks to strike the ball into the top of the net...and Joseph Spalding scores!  That's a good goal from the Strathspey FC player!  The ball hit the crossbar and into the net!
