19' - Arthur Tweed sees Malcolm Quinn making a run.  He attempts to play a throughball, and Malcolm Quinn runs on to the ball.  Malcolm Quinn tries to place the ball past the keeper...and Malcolm Quinn scores!  That's a great goal from the Bristol Rovers player!  The ball went in off the upright!

19' - Newport kick the ball off for the restart.  

27' - Mark Baird finds Tobias Hoggan with a long pass.  Tobias Hoggan whips in a cross, and manages to find Arthur Tweed.  Arthur Tweed is brought down by Declan Doda...and the referee immediately blows his whistle - its a penalty!  Malcolm Quinn places the ball to take the penalty.  He tries  to strike the ball into the top corner...and its in! It's a good goal from Malcolm Quinn for Bristol Rovers!  The guessed the right way but couldn't get a hand to the ball!

28' - Newport kick the ball off for the restart.  

33' - Steven Johns passes to Dale Ruxton.  Dale Ruxton speeds past Chris Atkins.  

34' - Dale Ruxton crosses the ball, and manages to find James Lipton.  James Lipton directs a header towards goal...but the shot goes over!

38' - Richard Breckenridge plays a long ball to Chris Atkins.  Chris Atkins uses his pace to beat Rhys Toshack.  

38' - Chris Atkins crosses the ball into the box, but opposing player Steven Johns takes possession.  

42' - Cody Dickson finds Malcolm Quinn with a long ball.  Malcolm Quinn attempts to shoot from distance into the corner of the net...but the keeper dives and manages to stop the shot!  

45' - Steven Johns tries to shoot from distance into the corner of the net...but the shot is saved by the keeper!  

45' - The referee blows the whistle for half time. 

46' - Bristol Rovers kick the ball off for the start of the second half.  

52' - There is going to be a subsitution.  Gregor Rainey is going to be taken off.  Rob McCloud is going to be brought on.  

54' - There is going to be a subsitution.  Mark Baird will come off.  Alexander MacLaine is going to be brought on.

65' - Steven Johns tackles Alexander MacLaine and takes the ball.  Newport attempt a quick counter attack.  Steven Johns sees a run from Steve Pierson.  He tries to split the defence with a throughball, but the linesman signals for offside!  

66' - There is going to be a subsitution.  It looks like Dale Ruxton is going to be taken off.  Brin Mulligan is going to be brought on.  

71' - Dave Kerrigan dispossesses Connor McClenathan and the ball goes loose.  Oscar Antonopoulos slides the ball to Cody Dickson.  Cody Dickson finds Rob McCloud with a long pass.  Rob McCloud brings the ball forward, attempting to outpace James Lipton, but is brought down.    The referee shows James Lipton the yellow card! That will be a freekick for Bristol Rovers.  

72' - Malcolm Quinn will take the freekick.  He curves the ball into the box, but no one is able to get to the ball.  

76' - Bristol Rovers launch a counter attack.  Alexander MacLaine plays a long ball to Oscar Antonopoulos.  Oscar Antonopoulos passes to Rob McCloud.  Rob McCloud looks to unleash a long range shot...but Ray Wilde performs a diving save, to stop the shot!  

82' - Ray Wilde passes a long ball to Gary Hughes.  Gary Hughes spots a run from James Lipton.  He attempts a quick throughball, but James Lipton can't get to the ball!  

84' - There is going to be a subsitution.  Gary Hughes is going to be taken off.  Tom Wyburn is going to be brought on.  

89' - Declan Doda hits the ball long to Michael Davies.  Michael Davies sees a run from Brin Mulligan.  He attempts to play him through with a quick ball, and Brin Mulligan is able to take the ball.  Brin Mulligan tries to cutback, but Chris Atkins gets back and intercepts the ball!

92' - Dave Kerrigan spots a run from Michael Davies.  He tries to release him with a long throughball, and Michael Davies runs on to the ball.  Michael Davies tries to slide the ball past the keeper...but the shot goes wide!
