23' - Declan Meiklejohn tries to hit a long range shot past the keeper...but the shot is stopped by the keeper!  He is unable to hold it though...Joshua Lynch is first to the ball...Joshua Lynch attempts to strike the ball into the corner of the net...and its in! Its a goal for Ashington!  The keeper got a touch but it wasn't enough!

27' - Duncan Breen finds Malcolm McKenzie with a short pass.  Malcolm McKenzie plays the ball to Ian Kemp.  Ian Kemp sees Colin Glen making a run.  He tries to release him with a long ball over the top, but the linesman raises his flag for offside!  

34' - Jim McWhinnie attempts to hit a long range shot...and its in! It's a fine goal from Jim McWhinnie for Brechin!  The keeper got a hand to the ball but couldn't stop the shot!

45' - Dale Tighe curls in a cross, and manages to find Oscar Bayne.  Oscar Bayne looks to place the ball past the keeper...and its in! Its a goal for Ashington!  The ball flew past the diving keepers hand!

45' - The referee blows the whistle for half time.

48' - With a turn of pace, Oscar Effiom beats Neil Maxwell.  

49' - Oscar Effiom whips in a cross, but Jim McWhinnie intercepts the ball.  

51' - Jim McWhinnie uses his pace to beat Dale Tighe.  

52' - Jim McWhinnie sees a run from Thomas McVicar.  He attempts a long throughball to his teammate, and Thomas McVicar is able to control the ball.  Thomas McVicar looks to strike the ball into the corner of the net...but the shot is saved by Ethan Wedderburn!

73' - Dale Tighe attempts to use his skills to beat Stuart Cooper and succeeds, neatly slipping past the opposing player!

He can't hold it though...Charles Irish manages to clear the ball for the defending team.

85' - Ashington try to launch a counter attack.  Jake Bosso passes a long ball to John McGee.  John McGee plays a short pass to Dale Tighe.  With a turn of pace, Dale Tighe beats Stuart Cooper.  

86' - Dale Tighe whips in a cross, but Rob Daley gets there first and clears the ball.
