19' - Brian Frew tackles Soren Backer and gains possession for his team.  Airdrieonians try to launch a quick counter attack.  Brian Frew plays a short pass to Ronald Muir.  Ronald Muir sees Malcolm Paterson making a run.  He attempts to play him through with a quick ball, and Malcolm Paterson is able to control the ball.  Malcolm Paterson attempts the cutback, but the goalkeeper dives to take the ball! 

21' - Miguel Tristan sees a run from Guillermo Gomez.  He tries to release him with a long ball over the top, and Guillermo Gomez is able to take the ball.  Guillermo Gomez fires a shot...but it hits the upright!  Stephen Killough is first to the loose ball...Stephen Killough strikes the ball, aiming for the corner of the net...and Stephen Killough scores!  That's a fine goal from the Hibernian player!  The keeper got a hand to the ball but couldn't stop the shot!

25' - Edward Burnet passes to Eddie McRobbie.  Eddie McRobbie passes to Robert MacGuire.  Robert MacGuire sees a run from Martin McTaggart.  He attempts a long ball over the top, and Martin McTaggart runs on to the ball.  Martin McTaggart looks to shoot the ball into the corner of the net...but the shot is tipped around the post by Miguel Tristan!  That will be a corner for  Airdrieonians. 32' - James Loch finds Edward Burnet with a long ball.  Edward Burnet passes the ball to Brian Frew.  Brian Frew whips in a cross, but Soren Backer intercepts and takes possession.  

35' - Soren Backer finds Peter Keane with a long ball.  Peter Keane passes to Geoff Czarny.  Geoff Czarny attempts to strike a long range shot into the top of the net...and its in! It's a good goal from Geoff Czarny for Hibernian!  The ball went in off the underside of the crossbar!

36' - Airdrieonians kick the ball off for the restart.  

38' - James Loch plays a short pass to John Lithgow.  John Lithgow plays the ball to Ronald Muir.  Guillermo Gomez dispossesses Ronald Muir and takes possession.  Hibernian attempt to counter.  Guillermo Gomez curls in a cross, but the ball misses everyone.
