Duncan McPheeters steps up to take the penalty.  He tries  to strike the ball into the bottom corner...but the ball flies wide of the post!

17' - Hamish MacCoughlan finds Paul Matthew with a long pass.  Paul Matthew speeds past Marcus McClung.  

19' - Paul Matthew attempts to shoot from distance into the corner of the net...but Alan MacKellar performs a diving save, to stop the shot!  

22' - Stuart McSpadden plays the ball to Paul Matthew.  Paul Matthew strikes the ball from long range, aiming for the corner of the net...but its wide!

26' - Paul Matthew tries to use ball skills to beat Iain McCalley, and manages to skip past his opponent!  

27' - Paul Matthew tries to strike the ball into the top of the net...but the shot is stopped by the keeper!  He is unable to hold it though...Dave McCleod is first to the ball and makes the clearance.

31' - Ken McVay sees Patrick Thomson making a run.  He attempts a long throughball to his teammate, and Patrick Thomson takes the ball.  Patrick Thomson looks to shoot the ball into the corner of the net...and its in! It's a good goal from Patrick Thomson for Wick Academy FC!  The ball flew past the helpless goalkeeper!

32' - Formartine United kick the ball off for the restart.  

42' - Ken McVay sees a run from Patrick Beirne.  He attempts to play a throughball, but Patrick Beirne has strayed offside!  

46' - The referee blows the whistle for half time.

71' - Alan MacKellar plays a short pass to Jamie MacNab.  Jamie MacNab finds Darryl MacKay with a long pass.  Darryl MacKay curves the ball into the box and finds David McNeff.  Charlie McPhail impedes David McNeff.  The referee blows his whistle and awards a penalty!  Duncan McPheeters will take the penalty.  He tries  to place the ball into the bottom corner...but the shot is deflected out of play by the keeper!  The linesman signals its a corner for Formartine United.  Ed Cavanagh sees Duncan McPheeters making a run.  He tries to release him with a throughball, but the linesman raises his flag for offside!
