21' - Scott Sheenan sees a run from Colin Glen.  He tries to split the defence with a throughball, and Colin Glen is able to take the ball.  Colin Glen tries to hit the ball past the keeper...but the keeper dives and manages to stop the shot!  

26' - John McClintock sees a run from Douglas Kelly.  He attempts a long ball over the top, and Douglas Kelly is able to control the ball.  Douglas Kelly hits the ball towards goal...but Henry McNeil performs a diving save, to stop the shot!

39' - Scott Sheenan sees a run from Brian Malloye.  He tries to release him with a long ball over the top, and Brian Malloye runs on to the ball.  Brian Malloye attempts to place the ball past the keeper...but it hits the upright!  Robert Laird gets to the ball first and clears.

40' - Alan Elder spots a run from Arthur McPheron.  He attempts a long throughball to his teammate, but Arthur McPheron has strayed offside!  

45' - The referee blows the whistle for half time. 

45' - Rutherglen FC kick the ball off for the restart.  

50' - Scott Sheenan speeds past Douglas Kelly.  

52' - There is going to be a subsitution.  It looks like Chris McCaw is going to be taken off.  Ronald MacMasters joins the game from the bench.

He attempts  to strike the ball down the middle...and its in! It's an excellent goal from Colin Glen for Brechin!  The keeper dived to the side!

57' - Douglas Kelly slides the ball to John McClintock.  John McClintock passes to Alan Elder.  Alan Elder sees a run from Tom McPheters.  He attempts a long ball over the top, but the linesman signals for offside!  

60' - Hayden Power hits the ball long to Jim McWhinnie.  Jim McWhinnie tries to unleash a long range shot...but the shot is offtarget!

60' - There is going to be a subsitution.  Neil Maxwell will come off.  Andrew Walker is going to be brought on.  

61' - John MacLeod sees Tom McPheters making a run.  He tries to release him with a long ball over the top, but Tom McPheters is caught offside!

Brian Malloye gets to the ball first...Brian Malloye tries to strike the ball into the top of the net...but the shot is saved by John MacLeod!  

82' - John MacLeod sees a run from Arthur McPheron.  He attempts a long ball over the top, and Arthur McPheron is able to take the ball.  Arthur McPheron looks to shoot the ball into the corner of the net...but the shot is offtarget!

83' - Henry McNeil spots a run from Hayden Power.  He attempts a long throughball to his teammate, and Hayden Power takes the ball.  Hayden Power tries to skip around  the advancing keeper...and is able to do so!Hayden Power tries to slide the ball into the unguarded net...and its in! Its a goal for Brechin!
