23' - Mark Madoc passes to Fraser Monday.  Fraser Monday sees a run from Paul Anderson.  He tries to split the defence with a throughball, and Paul Anderson takes the ball.  Paul Anderson takes a shot...and its in! It's a good goal from Paul Anderson for Basford!  The ball went in off the upright!

25' - Sammy Crumm passes to Noel Farrell.  Noel Farrell plays the ball to John Murphy.  John Murphy runs with the ball, beating John MacBeth.

35' - William Vail passes to Mark Blaine.  Mark Blaine plays a short pass to Sammy Crumm.  Sammy Crumm chips a long ball to Mark Blaine.  Felix Evans dispossesses Mark Blaine and the ball goes loose.  John MacBeth spots a run from Paul Anderson.  He attempts a long ball over the top, but the linesman raises his flag for offside!

85' - Mick Awe looks to hit a long range shot...but the shot is tipped around the post by Dai Argall!  The linesman signals its a corner for Normanton.  Sammy Crumm will take the corner.  He whips the ball into the box, but he only manages to find opposing player John Edwards.  

86' - John Edwards spots a run from Jack Nist.  He tries to release him with a long ball over the top, and Jack Nist is able to take the ball.  Jack Nist takes a shot towards goal...and Jack Nist scores!  That's a nice goal from the Basford player!  The ball went in off the upright!

87' - Normanton kick the ball off for the restart.  

89' - Noel Farrell passes the ball to Brian McPhatter.  Brian McPhatter plays the ball to Sammy Crumm.  Sammy Crumm sees Mick Awe making a run.  He tries to release him with a long throughball, but Mick Awe is caught offside!  

91' - With a turn of pace, David Snedden beats Chris Ahearn, but is then fouled.    The referee pulls out a card...it's yellow.  He books Chris Ahearn.  That will be a freekick for Basford.  

92' - The referee blows the whistle for full time.
