20' - Ollie Veach passes a long ball to John McArtor.  Brad McTaggart tackles John McArtor and takes possession.  Richard Davies dispossesses Brad McTaggart and takes the ball.  Mark Allen successfully tackles Richard Davies and the ball goes loose.  Brad McTaggart attempts to beat Dai Running using his skills, and is able to dribble past his opponent!  

21' - Brad McTaggart spots a run from Bruce Forester.  He attempts to release him with a throughball, and Bruce Forester runs on to the ball.  Bruce Forester hits a shot, aiming for the top of the net...but the ball flies over the bar!

26' - Ollie Veach passes to Dai Running.  Dai Running finds Jack Morgan with a long ball.  Ashley Heffernan tackles Jack Morgan and the ball goes loose.  Brad McTaggart looks to strike a long range shot into the corner of the net...and Brad McTaggart scores!  That's a wonderful goal from the Scunthorpe player!  The keeper got a touch but it wasn't enough!

26' - Port Vale kick the ball off for the restart.  

35' - Mike Haile slides the ball to Tom Reese.  Tom Reese slides the ball to Mike Haile.  Mike Haile attempts to outskill Davie Connor, but is illegally impeded.  That will be a freekick for Scunthorpe.  

36' - Bruce Forester will take the freekick.  He curves the ball into the box, but opposing player Davie Connor takes possession.  

38' - Davie Connor sees Richard Davies making a run.  He attempts a long ball over the top, and Richard Davies takes the ball.  Richard Davies attempts to strike the ball into the corner of the net...and its in! It's a good goal from Richard Davies for Port Vale!  The ball went in off the upright!

41' - Bruce Forester passes to Duncan Quirke.  Duncan Quirke passes to Mark Allen.  Mark Allen finds Duncan Quirke with a long ball.  Duncan Quirke sees Mike Haile making a run.  He attempts to play him through with a quick ball, but the linesman signals for offside!
