45' - Glyn Phillips dispossesses Callum Higgins and takes possession.  Merthyr Tydfil try to launch a counter attack.  Glyn Phillips runs with the ball, but is brought down illegally by Geoff Strothers.    The referee pulls out the yellow card to book Geoff Strothers.  That will be a freekick for Merthyr Tydfil.

79' - John Owen finds Callum Higgins with a long pass.  Callum Higgins slides the ball to Paul Vaughn.  Paul Vaughn spots a run from Matthew Holak.  He attempts to play a throughball, and Matthew Holak runs on to the ball.  Matthew Holak attempts to strike the ball into the top of the net...but the ball hits the post!  Mark Brydon is first to the loose ball and is able to clear.
