22' - Adrianus Moemus curls in a cross, but Ed Gertodtenhaupt intercepts the ball.  

25' - Ed Gertodtenhaupt finds Flor Reiss with a long ball.  Flor Reiss spots a run from Matthijs Heinx.  He attempts a long ball over the top, and Matthijs Heinx takes the ball.  Matthijs Heinx tries to shoot the ball into the top of the net...and its in! It's a fine goal from Matthijs Heinx for Venlo!  The ball bounced off the post and into the net!

32' - Claudy Haerinck tackles Roger Matthys and takes the ball.  Venlo try to launch a quick counter attack.  Claudy Haerinck sees a run from Aaltje Vallyn.  He tries to split the defence with a throughball, and Aaltje Vallyn takes the ball.  Aaltje Vallyn attempts to hit the ball past the keeper...but the shot goes wide!

39' - Ed Gertodtenhaupt finds Flor Reiss with a short pass.  Flor Reiss passes to Nand Gheillaert.  Nand Gheillaert attempts to shoot from distance into the top of the net...but its over!

42' - Berislav Antolić passes the ball to Thoke Quintin.  Maldwyn Kaltenbach successfully tackles Thoke Quintin and gains possession for his team.  Thoke Quintin tackles Maldwyn Kaltenbach and the ball goes loose.  Maldwyn Kaltenbach crosses the ball into the box, but Librecht de Beukelaer intercepts the ball.  

43' - Maldwyn Kaltenbach dispossesses Librecht de Beukelaer and takes the ball.  Venlo attempt a quick counter attack.  Maldwyn Kaltenbach attempts to outskill Roger Matthys.  The opposing player is sent the wrong way and Maldwyn Kaltenbach runs with the ball!  

44' - Heyman Wagghele dispossesses Maldwyn Kaltenbach and takes the ball.  Heyman Wagghele sees Gil Matthys making a run.  He tries to release him with a long throughball, but the linesman raises his flag for offside!  

45' - The referee blows the whistle for half time.

48' - Gil Matthys attempts to beat Jochen Lems using his skills, but is brought down.    The referee pulls out a card...it's red!  Jochen Lems has been sent off!  That will be a freekick for Groningen.  

54' - Thoke Quintin dispossesses Alejandro Arbelaez and takes possession.  Thoke Quintin plays a short pass to Gil Matthys.  Gil Matthys tries to shoot from distance into the top of the net...and Gil Matthys scores!  That's a fine goal from the Groningen player!  The keeper got a touch but it wasn't enough!

57' - Laurens Willay passes to Claudy Haerinck.  Claudy Haerinck slides the ball to Alejandro Arbelaez.  Alejandro Arbelaez finds Claudy Haerinck with a long ball.  Claudy Haerinck sees Maldwyn Kaltenbach making a run.  He tries to release him with a throughball, but Maldwyn Kaltenbach has strayed offside!  

60' - Aaltje Vallyn sees Matthijs Heinx making a run.  He attempts a long throughball to his teammate, but the linesman raises his flag for offside!
