11' - Peter McCleary passes the ball to Nicholas Salmon.  Nicholas Salmon passes a long ball to Mark Hindman.  Mark Hindman sees Peter McCleary making a run. It's a lovely goal from Ken McPhatter for East Stirlingshire!  The ball went in off the upright!

27' - Nicholas Salmon hits the ball long to Johnny McAda.  Johnny McAda sees a run from John MacGuinness.  He tries to split the defence with a throughball, and John MacGuinness is able to control the ball.  John MacGuinness tries to hit the ball past the keeper...but Pat Craig performs a diving save, to stop the shot!  

30' - Pat Craig plays the ball to Brian Clery.  Brian Clery finds Malcolm McCoach with a short pass.  Malcolm McCoach plays the ball to Roy Carmody.  Roy Carmody sees Brian Clery making a run.  He tries to release him with a throughball, but the linesman raises his flag for offside!  

32' - With a turn of pace, Nicholas Salmon beats Paul Rowan.  

32' - Nicholas Salmon crosses the ball, but Malcolm McCoach intercepts and takes possession.  

37' - Neil McAffee passes a long ball to Paul Rowan.  Paul Rowan slides the ball to Brian Clery.  Brian Clery tries to use ball skills to beat Peter McCleary.  The opposing player is sent the wrong way and Brian Clery runs with the ball!  

37' - Brian Clery sees Malcolm McCoach making a run.  He tries to release him with a long throughball, and Malcolm McCoach runs on to the ball.  Malcolm McCoach attempts to strike the ball into the corner of the net...and Malcolm McCoach scores!  Its a goal for Dalbeattie Star FC!  The ball bounced off the post and into the net!

40' - John MacGuinness tries to beat Paul Rowan using his ball skills, and manages to skip past his opponent!  

40' - John MacGuinness sees Nicholas Salmon making a run.  He tries to split the defence with a throughball, but Nicholas Salmon is caught offside!  

42' - Malcolm McNiel crosses the ball into the box, but John Devlin gets there first and clears the ball.  

45' - The referee blows the whistle for half time.
