1' - Elgin City kick the ball off for the start of the game.  

8' - Hugh Reece slides the ball to Joseph Dolan.  Joseph Dolan passes to Eric McDonald.  Eric McDonald finds Ian McCamey with a long pass.  Ian McCamey passes to Joseph Dolan.  Joseph Dolan crosses the ball, finding Patrick Cameron.  George McAlister brings down Patrick Cameron...and the referee immediately blows his whistle - its a penalty!  Jim MacKillop steps up to take the penalty.  He tries  to strike the ball into the bottom corner...but the keeper manages to tip the shot round the post!  The linesman signals its a corner for Elgin City.  Angus Weir places the ball to take the corner.  He whips the ball into the box, but Noah Gill intercepts and takes possession.  

14' - Gordon McClements slides the ball to James Neagle.  James Neagle crosses the ball, but no one is able to get to the ball.  

21' - Joseph Dolan hits the ball long to Ian McCamey.  Sammy Trumbull tackles Ian McCamey and the ball goes loose.  Jim McClard spots a run from Angus Weir.  He attempts a quick throughball, and Angus Weir is able to take the ball.  Angus Weir tries to strike the ball into the corner of the net...and Angus Weir scores!  That's a fine goal from the Elgin City player!  The keeper got a touch but it wasn't enough!

21' - The Spartans kick the ball off for the restart.  

30' - Joseph Dolan hits the ball long to Ian McCamey.  Ian McCamey slides the ball to Jim McClard.  Jim McClard sees a run from Jim MacKillop.  He attempts to play him through with a quick ball, but Jim MacKillop is caught offside!  

32' - Noah Gill curls in a cross, but Ian McCamey gets to the ball and makes a clearance.  

35' - James Neagle speeds past Hugh Reece.  

35' - James Neagle curls in a cross, but Frank McCaw intercepts the ball.  

40' - Joseph McCallister tackles Frank McCaw and gains possession for his team.  Joseph McCallister passes to Noah Gill.  Noah Gill slides the ball to William Ready.  William Ready tries to hit a long range shot past the keeper...but the keeper dives and manages to stop the shot!  

42' - Martin Law passes to David Audsley.  David Audsley chips a long ball to Ian McCamey.  Ian McCamey curls in a cross, but the ball misses everyone.  

45' - The referee blows the whistle for half time. 

46' - The Spartans kick the ball off for the start of the second half.  

50' - Hugh Reece plays the ball to Patrick Cameron.  Patrick Cameron attempts to beat Noah Gill using his skills, and is able to dribble past his opponent!  

51' - Patrick Cameron attempts to outskill Ed Noyce.  The opposing player is sent the wrong way and Patrick Cameron runs with the ball!  

51' - Patrick Cameron spots a run from Angus Weir.  He attempts a quick throughball, but Angus Weir is caught offside!  

53' - There is going to be a subsitution.  It looks like Eric McDonald is going to be taken off.  Joseph Telford joins the game from the bench.  

53' - There is going to be a subsitution.  Noah Gill will come off.  Henry McComb joins the game from the bench.  

54' - There is going to be a subsitution.  Sammy Trumbull is going to be taken off.  Eddie Salmon joins the game from the bench.  

57' - Joseph Telford finds Frank McCaw with a long ball.  Frank McCaw speeds past William Ready.

81' - Adam Corson tackles George McAlister and the ball goes loose.  Elgin City try to launch a counter attack.  Angus Weir spots a run from Jim MacKillop.  He tries to release him with a throughball, but the linesman signals for offside!  

84' - James Neagle finds George McAlister with a long ball.  George McAlister slides the ball to Henry McComb.  Henry McComb curls in a cross, but Hugh Reece gets to the ball and makes a clearance.  

87' - Adam Corson attempts to strike a long range shot into the corner of the net...but Andy McPherson stops the shot!  He can't hold it though...Ed Noyce manages to clear the ball for the defending team.

89' - James Neagle brings the ball forward, outpacing Angus Weir.  

90' - James Neagle crosses the ball into the box, finding Rob McWatters.  Rob McWatters is brought down by Angus Weir.  The referee blows his whistle and points to the spot!  Rob McWatters will take the penalty.  He tries  to power the ball into the top corner...and its in! It's a fine goal from Rob McWatters for The Spartans!  The keeper was sent the wrong way!

91' - Elgin City kick the ball off for the restart.  

92' - The referee blows the whistle for full time.
