40' - Vincent Tonnesen passes a long ball to David Breckenridge.  David Breckenridge takes the ball past Gavin McTavish with a turn of pace, but is brought down.    The referee pulls out the yellow card to book Gavin McTavish.  That will be a freekick for Crewe.  

42' - Leo Foley places the ball to take the freekick.  He curves the ball into the box and finds Geoff Oakley.  Geoff Oakley tries to strike the ball into the top of the net...but the shot is deflected out of play by the keeper!  The linesman flags for a corner for  Crewe.  John Russell will take the corner.  He curves the ball into the box, but the ball goes over everyone.  

43' - Arthur Kimmins tries to beat Griffith Marvin using his ball skills, but is then fouled.    The referee pulls out a card...it's yellow.  He books Griffith Marvin.That will be a freekick for Crewe.  

44' - Kian Secombe stands over the ball, preparing to take the freekick.  He lifts the ball into the box, but Arnie Evans intercepts and makes a clearance.  

45' - The referee blows the whistle for half time.
