Tajo Gomez tries to hit a long range shot...but the shot is deflected out of play by the keeper!  The linesman signals its a corner for Alajuelense.  Saturnin Guajardo places the ball to take the corner.  He curves the ball into the box, finding Santiago Tomey.  Santiago Tomey directs a powerful header attempting to beat Baltasar Carreno...but the shot goes wide!

75' - Baltasar Carreno sees a run from Eloy Benavente.  He tries to release him with a long ball over the top, and Eloy Benavente is able to control the ball.  Eloy Benavente attempts to shoot the ball into the top of the net...and its in! It's a tremendous goal from Eloy Benavente for Gran Valencia!  The keeper got a touch but it wasn't enough!
