Rhod Rice crosses the ball and finds William McQueen.  William McQueen is impeded by Jay Owens.  The referee blows his whistle and points to the spot!  William McQueen prepares to take the penalty.  He attempts  to hit the ball into the top corner...but the shot goes over!
