Bruce Holme attempts to shoot the ball into the top of the net...but Malcolm Davis deflects the shot out of play.  That will be a corner for  Castleford.  Bruce Holme gets ready to take the corner.  He curves the ball into the box, but the ball misses everyone.

43' - Malcolm Davis sees a run from Paul MacGill.  He attempts a long ball over the top, and Paul MacGill is able to take the ball.  Paul MacGill reaches the byline and attempts a cutback, but Rob MacQueen manages to get to the ball first!  

45' - Rob MacQueen plays a long pass to Nathan Makinwa.  Nathan Makinwa sees a run from Theo Hearn.  He attempts a long ball over the top, but the linesman signals for offside!  

46' - The referee blows the whistle for half time.

51' - David East tackles Dale Phillips and gains possession for his team.  David East finds Theo Hearn with a long ball.  Theo Hearn tries to use ball skills to beat Duncan Hall and succeeds, sending his opponent the wrong way!

53' - Theo Hearn crosses the ball into the box, and manages to find Robert Lewis.  Robert Lewis looks to slide the ball past the keeper...and Robert Lewis scores!  That's a fine goal from the Castleford player!  The keeper got a hand to the ball but couldn't stop the shot!

53' - There is going to be a subsitution.  Chris Akinlade will come off.  Mark Weddell is brought on from the bench.

77' - David Hargest sees a run from Robert Lewis.  He attempts to play him through with a quick ball, and Robert Lewis is able to take the ball.  Robert Lewis takes a shot...but the shot is saved by the keeper!  

80' - Malcolm Davis passes to Kai Ferguson.  Kai Ferguson plays a long pass to Dale Phillips.  Dale Phillips spots a run from John Kinkaid.  He attempts a long throughball to his teammate, but John Kinkaid has strayed offside!  

83' - Bruce Holme plays a short pass to Rob MacQueen.  Rob MacQueen slides the ball to Peter Paterson.  With a turn of pace, Peter Paterson beats Colin Kearney.
