14' - Frank McCaw plays the ball to Sid MacLachlan.  Sid MacLachlan plays a short pass to Jim MacKillop.  Jim MacKillop looks to strike a long range shot into the top of the net...but the shot is tipped over the crossbar by Stuart Hannigan!  The linesman flags for a corner for  Elgin City.  Sid MacLachlan gets ready to take the corner.  He hits the ball into the box and finds Josh Burns.  Josh Burns directs a powerful header towards goal...but the ball flies wide of the post!

20' - Chris Maddox chips a long ball to Robert Gibbs.  Robert Gibbs looks to shoot from distance into the corner of the net...but the shot is offtarget!

22' - Hugh Burns spots a run from Jim MacKillop.  He tries to split the defence with a throughball, but Jim MacKillop is unable to control the ball!  

24' - Jim MacKillop tackles Gavin Craig and takes the ball.  Elgin City try to launch a quick counter attack.  Jim MacKillop looks to hit a long range shot...but it hits the upright!  Robert Gibbs is first to the ball and makes the clearance.

28' - Josh Burns slides the ball to Jim MacKillop.  Jim MacKillop slides the ball to Adam Corson.  Adam Corson uses his pace to beat Robert Gibbs.  

28' - Adam Corson curls in a cross, but the ball goes over everyone.  

35' - Gavin Craig passes a long ball to Chris Maddox.  Chris Maddox passes to Alan MacIntosh.  Alan MacIntosh passes to Ron Nicholson.  Ron Nicholson sees Robert Gibbs making a run.  He attempts a quick throughball, and Robert Gibbs is able to control the ball.  Robert Gibbs tries to shoot the ball into the corner of the net...but the shot bounces off the post! 38' - Gavin Craig finds Robert Gibbs with a long pass.  Robert Gibbs runs with the ball, but is brought down illegally by Joseph Dolan.  That will be a freekick for Forres Mechanics FC.  

42' - Andrew MacMichael passes a long ball to Frank Brady.  Frank Brady tries to strike a long range shot into the top of the net...but the shot is stopped by the keeper!  He is unable to hold it though...Andrew MacMichael gets to the ball first...Andrew MacMichael attempts a shot, aiming for the corner of the net...but Martin Law gets down to stop the shot!

53' - Forres Mechanics FC attempt a quick counter attack.  Sid MacLachlan tackles Robert Gibbs and the ball goes loose.  Ron Nicholson spots a run from Dale Buckley.  He tries to split the defence with a throughball, and Dale Buckley runs on to the ball.  Dale Buckley looks to strike the ball into the corner of the net...but the shot is parried by Martin Law!
