26' - Pat McSpadden plays the ball to Gethin McConchie.  Joseph Dolan tackles Gethin McConchie and the ball goes loose.  Hugh Burns successfully tackles Pat MacMichael and the ball goes loose. Pat MacMichael places the ball to take the corner.  He whips the ball into the box and finds Pat McSpadden.  Pat McSpadden powers a header attempting to beat Martin Law...and Pat McSpadden scores!  That's a lovely goal from the Montrose player!  The ball went in off the underside of the crossbar!

74' - Hugh Burns plays a short pass to Jim MacKillop.  Gethin McConchie successfully tackles Jim MacKillop and the ball goes loose.  John Wilson tackles Bruce McCausland and the ball goes loose.  Elgin City try to launch a quick counter attack.  Bruce McCausland tackles Felix Murdoch and takes the ball.  Bruce McCausland finds Dennis Bain with a long pass.  Eric McDonald successfully tackles Dennis Bain and the ball goes loose.  Hugh Reece finds John Wilson with a long ball.  John Wilson tries to strike a long range shot into the corner of the net...but the ball flies wide of the post!

80' - Frank McCaw whips in a cross and finds Jim MacKillop.  Jim MacKillop gets above the defence and directs a header down towards the bottom corner...and its in! It's a great goal from Jim MacKillop for Elgin City!  The diving keeper couldn't get near the ball!
