20' - Ronald Donne tackles Colin MacPhee and the ball goes loose.  Rutherglen FC try to launch a quick counter attack.  Tom McClenny sees a run from Ronald Donne.  He tries to split the defence with a throughball, but the linesman signals for offside!  

31' - Jamie McIntosh sees Alex Lindsay making a run.  He attempts to release him with a throughball, but Alex Lindsay is unable to control the ball!  

41' - Jamie McIntosh passes a long ball to Bruce Paterson.  Bruce Paterson sees a run from Alex Lindsay.  He attempts to play a throughball, and Alex Lindsay takes the ball.  Alex Lindsay attempts a shot towards goal...but the shot is saved by the keeper!

58' - Malcolm Leary successfully tackles Gordon McAlister and gains possession for his team.  Malcolm Leary finds Bruce Paterson with a long ball.  Bruce Paterson plays a short pass to Corey Molony.  John McClintock dispossesses Corey Molony and takes possession.  Jamie McIntosh dispossesses John McClintock and the ball goes loose.  Alan McEwan crosses the ball into the box, but Tom McClenny intercepts the ball.

63' - Michael MacKay passes the ball to Jamie McIntosh.  Jamie McIntosh spots a run from Edward MacGibbon.  He attempts to release him with a throughball, but Edward MacGibbon has strayed offside!  

67' - John McClintock sees a run from Robert Bennett.  He attempts a long ball over the top, and Robert Bennett is able to control the ball.  Robert Bennett tries to strike the ball into the top of the net...but the shot is deflected out of play by the keeper!  That will be a corner for  Rutherglen FC.  Tom McClenny places the ball to take the corner.  He curls the ball into the box and finds Gordon McAlister.  Gordon McAlister gets above the defence and directs a header towards the top corner...but the shot is saved by Duncan McNish!  

71' - Tom McClenny uses his pace to beat Alan McEwan.  

79' - Brad Deasmhumhain finds Alex McClafferty with a long ball.  Alex McClafferty passes to Edward MacGibbon.  With a turn of pace, Edward MacGibbon beats Eric Monaghan, but is then fouled.    The referee is reaching for a card.  It's yellow. Eric Monaghan has been booked.  That will be a freekick for Rothes FC.  

81' - Michael MacKay will take the freekick.  He lifts the ball into the box, finding Edward MacGibbon.  Edward MacGibbon tries to shoot the ball into the corner of the net...and its in! It's a good goal from Edward MacGibbon for Rothes FC!  The ball flew past the helpless goalkeeper!

81' - Rutherglen FC kick the ball off for the restart.  

84' - John McClintock slides the ball to Eddie Bennett.  Eddie Bennett plays the ball to Eric Monaghan.  With a turn of pace, Eric Monaghan beats Edward MacGibbon.  

85' - Eric Monaghan sees Arthur McPheron making a run.  He attempts a long ball over the top, but Arthur McPheron has strayed offside!
