The linesman signals its a corner for Watford.  Peter Furguson will take the corner.  He curls the ball into the box, and manages to find Thomas Findlay.  Thomas Findlay directs a powerful header attempting to beat the keeper...and its in! It's a great goal from Thomas Findlay for Watford!  The keeper got a touch but it wasn't enough!

26' - John Keenor successfully tackles Ben McCathern and takes possession.  John Keenor plays the ball to John Everett.  Bob Kerrigan tackles John Everett and takes possession. Ben McCathern attempts to beat Thomas MacEachern using his skills, but is illegally impeded.    The referee shows Thomas MacEachern the yellow card! That will be a freekick for Sunderland.  

38' - Antwan Bara will take the freekick.  He curls the ball into the box, but he only manages to find opposing player Michael Nzeakor.  

41' - Bob Kerrigan dispossesses Michael Nzeakor and takes possession.  Sunderland launch a counter attack.  Bob Kerrigan shoots from distance towards goal...but Bob Hollern deflects the shot out of play.  The linesman signals its a corner for Sunderland.  Sammy Lindsay places the ball to take the corner.  He hits the ball into the box, and manages to find Ben McCathern.  Ben McCathern heads the ball attempting to beat the keeper...but its over!

44' - Ben McCathern brings the ball forward, outpacing Thomas Findlay.

70' - John Arnott slides the ball to Marcus McCoun.  Marcus McCoun finds Jay MacKay with a short pass.  Jay MacKay plays the ball to Sammy Lindsay.  Sammy Lindsay passes to Ben McCathern.  Ben McCathern passes a long ball to John Arnott.  John Arnott tries to strike a long range shot into the corner of the net...but the shot goes wide!
