He tries to release him with a long ball over the top, and Michael Lightbody is able to take the ball.  Michael Lightbody tries to strike the ball into the corner of the net...but the shot goes wide!

16' - Arthur Campbell passes a long ball to Leon Callender.  Leon Callender plays a long ball to Chris Donovan.  Chris Donovan tries to beat Kieran McPhee using his ball skills, and manages to dribble past his opponent!  

18' - Chris Donovan attempts to beat Michael Lightbody using his skills, but is then fouled.    The referee is reaching for a card.  It's yellow. Michael Lightbody has been booked.  That will be a freekick for Nuneaton.  

19' - Leon Callender stands over the ball, preparing to take the freekick.  He curls the ball into the box, but Leighton Ahearn gets to the ball and makes a clearance.  

20' - Noel Sisko runs with the ball, beating Leighton Ahearn.  

25' - Anton McCaw chips a long ball to Leighton Ahearn.  Leighton Ahearn plays a long pass to Mark Howell.  Mark Howell tries to hit a long range shot past the keeper...and Mark Howell scores!  That's a nice goal from the Northampton player!  The keeper got a hand to the ball but it wasn't enough!

26' - Nuneaton kick the ball off for the restart.  

30' - Kieran McPhee tackles John Ogle and takes the ball.  Northampton launch a counter attack.  Alun Yeoman dispossesses Kieran McPhee and takes possession.  Alun Yeoman sees a run from Noel Sisko.  He tries to release him with a long ball over the top, and Noel Sisko takes the ball.  Noel Sisko tries to slide the ball past the keeper...but the shot is stopped by the keeper! 35' - John Budde plays a short pass to Alun Yeoman.  Kieran McPhee successfully tackles Alun Yeoman and the ball goes loose.  Gethin Yeoman spots a run from Chris Donovan.  He attempts a quick throughball, but Chris Donovan is caught offside!  

45' - Nuneaton launch a counter attack.  Owen McCaleb finds Gethin Yeoman with a long ball.  Gethin Yeoman sees Leon Callender making a run.  He attempts to play him through with a quick ball, and Leon Callender is able to control the ball.  Leon Callender attempts a shot...and its in! It's a wonderful goal from Leon Callender for Nuneaton!  The keeper had no chance!
