I might need to take an approach more like yours in the sense that I actually upgrade my youth academy. Because I think a lot of these free agents won't grow to a high enough overall rating anyways.

At this moment i've got 3 former youth players with a potential of 750-1000 in my first team. And 5 in my youth team... But you have to be patient!

Happy with the result of this season! My youth will promte to the second division! My investment in the youth has payed of!! My first team is getting stronger and...for the first time my team hasn't finished on the last position! This is also the case with my team in germany! My third team, in Switzerland, there is still a lot of work to do, but I am patient!!

Goals for the nexxt season: I hope that my first team can ompete for place 8 to 12! For my youth team (the first time in division 2): A place in the top 10 and perhaps even a little bit higher!

new goals for the next season: First team in Belgium: A place between 5 and 8 would be good. perhaps a little bit better! youth team in division 2: A little bit beter than past season, so place 5 would be good! First team in germany: In the middle of the table Youth team: promotion to division 4!! First team in Switzerland: I have to be patient here! I am still expanding my youth centre, so no expextations here!

New season, new goals.. Not much progress so far... Youth team from RC Mechelen: hope to promote to the first division, but the start is disastrous (1 out of 6) I hope to see some progress with the first team Team in germany: My youth team hs promoted to the fourth division. I hope in the future to promote again... And that my first team make some progress to! I have allready some good youth players!! (pot 750-100) My team in Switserland: My youth team will be better this saeson. The youth academy has an excellent ground now! My first team ended second. Can I take the title this saeson? I don't think so, but who knows....

Resuls this season: RC Mechelen: Youth: promote to the first division!! first team: ended 8th in the 2th division (national league) Bischofswerdear FV08: Youte promote to the 3th division First team: ended 14th in the nordorst regionalliga UGS Geneve: Youth: ended 4th in the 4th division (missed promotion on thre last game) First team: ended 3 in the 1st league classic C So overal I am happy with the progress.

UGS Geneve First team: Top 5 Youth team: Can I promote to division 3? I hope so I am investing a lot of money in the youth academy, but other teams by youth players in the teams without a manager. I think that isn't fair....

I have sold Bischofswerdear and bought CZ jena! A club with a great history! The future looks great!

In the future I hope to buy Racing CCF, but they are to expansif at this point...
