My coach from Carl Zeiss jena is allready 76 years old! His retirement date is 1-6-25, but that is allready past.... I can't dimiss him because it cost to much. I want a new (younger) coach and he is ready to begin, but I can't hire him at this moment.

Looks like you managed to hire him after he'd already retired.

I think I had a problem like this above. I've had dismissed manager of Morpeth Town but cannot offer any sign in this role to new manager. I see allways an information that I must dissmiss actual manager first... but he is dismissed yet. Is there something wrong I did?

i can see you have already made an offer for a manager.  you should see this in your transfers screen if you scroll to the bottom of that page.  You made the offer to Woking which is player controlled so they have not accepted or rejected it yet.  I'd suggest withdrawing that offer and finding an unemployed coach to make the offer to instead
