i'm getting there.  i have finished resetting all clubs in my copy of the database and have also added Argentina and Austria.  Now making some code tweaks.  i'm going to limit "overall" visibility to the 50 range as I think people get too obsessed with this stat and you should be looking at individual stats like passing etc to determine if a player is good for your team.  e.g. a 820 overall player might actually be more suitable to your teams playing style than a 850 overall player.

Also amending the potential visibility for youth players to the 100 range (instead of 250 range like it currently is).

Next, i'm going to have a detailed look at finance to see how to make it a bit easier for smaller clubs and more challenging for bigger clubs

Completed a few more changes for the reboot.  AI controlled clubs will automatically upgrade training facilities/youth academies to the minimum for their division.  and they'll downgrade if they get relegated.

Downgrading academies/training facilities will become an option for players as well, if you need to reduce costs, and you'll get half your upgrade cost back

The one before was like proper forum software but hosted on same server. This new one will just be a free proboards forum and hosted on their site not mine.

Now working on a "create your own club" feature.

Pick a country, region, city and you can create a club which will replace the lowest class non-player club once the current season ends.

These will be a bit cheaper than buying a real club, but the created club will be for you only and cannot be sold for any profit. 

If you do want to get rid of it, you'll just get the creation cost back plus any capital you added from your owner account. And then the club will get swapped back for the one it had replaced.

Countries with lower class divisions available will be the cheapest to create your club in.

no options - based on the class of the club, you will be given a leased stadium.  minimum capacity will be 5000 for the very small non-league clubs up to 20 - 30k for bigger clubs.  It will then be up to you to develop new stadium or find a bigger unoccupied one if you want to.

training/youth facilities will also be created based on the minimum for the division they are in
