how do I do it? however many criteria I select, it always says it would bring back way too many results and says I should narrow it down.

search on certain attributes and go nationality by nationality or by language.  what kind of staff are you searching for and what criteria are you adding?

I was searching for all kinds of staff and I either get no results, either it says too many. And I can't hire youth, goalkeeping or fitness coaches. Why?

When you say you can't hire those roles, do you mean you get an error or something?

To narrow down results, you can maybe select smaller age ranges along with nationality and experience.

If that still doesn't work, let me know what you're looking for and I'll try helping you with the right selection criteria

Sorry missed this.

When searching you don't even need to put in a role.

E.g for a fitness coach, just find someone with high fitness rating, who's unemployed and has low coaching experience

 This way you'll find some newvbie coaches who won't mind taking on that role.

Similarly for goalkeeping, just find someone unemployed with high GK attributes.
