Hello. I just joined today and I have a few questions. 1) When did this game first come out? 2) How do I make money to buy a different club? 3) What advice would you give me when it comes to learning how to manage my club and international team?

Welcome Justin! 1) The game came out in August 2022 so not too long ago. 2) there are a few approaches: A) if you can improve your single club over a few seasons it's value will increase. This can be done by bringing in young free agents or cheap foreign internationals if your club class is high enough and then letting them develop. This way one of my previous clubs went from 8 million to 150 million which I then did a quick sell on to give me 120 million which is plenty to go and buy 3 decent clubs. B) you get an activity bonus just for logging into the game. It works out at 10k a game day I think, so logging in 10 game days each month means you can pick up 1 million over the season. You can save these payments up to buy a second club. You also get dividend payments depending on how much profits your club makes. C) Spend real money to give yourself extra rq. However, I'd spend time getting used to the game with your 1 club before you think about getting another club yet. 3) experiment with different formations, tactics and don't worry when your team loses. You'll get the hang of it. I'd leave international mgt until you have a better club as the international teams available to low class club owners are pretty bad.

Hmm okay. I was trying to have Wrexham in the beginning but didn't have enough money so I took a small club in Scotland instead. I hired a scout. Will he automatically search for youth players or is there a way for me to give him instructions? Also, every time I try to offer a contract to a unemployed or ending contract staff member to be my youth coach it doesn't do anything. Is this a bug?

Hi Justin, if it helps inspire you: I have Buxton in the same league as Wrexham. I bought them for 2.5m and they're now worth 52m or so, after just three seasons. So you could buy a cheap club and within a few game weeks have the 18m or so you'd need for Wrexham, I imagine. Welcome!

If you go to Transfers > Scouting you can select your scout and set up a scouting assignment. For hiring a coach, are you going to the unemployed coach's screen and selecting transfer offer from the drop down? Then in the box that comes up, select role type Youth Coach. Does it say anything in the row immediately above the role type? It might have a message to say he's not interested in this kind of role in which case no buttons will appear for you to make the offer. If this isn't it, let me know exactly what is happening on the screen.

It did say on the screen that he wouldn't accept a club lower than 199 in this role. Whatever that means. I think my club is higher rated than that. But I click the green check mark to make offer and it does nothing.

Hi your club class is 78 and Reputation is 100. The player won't join a club with a class lower than199. Try for loan players from clubs in a higher league, especially younger players. They will boost your teams performance.

But it keeps telling me I have too many players even after releasing several players. Is there a way to cancel any outstanding offers the club might have made before I became the owner?

Go to transfers you will see offers sent. If there are any pending, you can withdraw the offer. You should trim your squad. You don't need 35 in lower leagues. 22 is enough.

this is fixed now. you should be able to select 2028 for the euro champs to see the qualifying campaign standings and fixtures

Click on Leagues Change competition to Tournament Change Int Type to Qualifier Select European Championships Change Tournament year to 2028 (which is when the actual Tournament will start)
