As has been mentioned in the Game Support forum, there is a decision to me made about what staff wages should be. I propose the following... The wages expected will be most for Manager, then head coach and then all the other roles. The wages expected will depend on the coach's rep and experience and then the club's average class and reputation (currently just class, but adding rep separates the really big clubs from new upstarts who don't yet have the history of success). So for a manager I propose: Class/Rep Average 900+ >>> wages will be ave experience/rep * 1500 per month (so a max of 1.5 million per month or 18 million salary) For a head coach I propose: Class/Rep Average 900+ >>> wages will be ave experience/rep * 150 per month (so a max of 150000 per month or 1.8 million salary) For assistant coaches and others I propose Class/Rep Average 900+ >>> wages will be ave experience/rep * 75 per month (so a max of 75000 per month or 900000 salary) For class/rep below this, the wages will decrease dramatically. I won't do anything else with existing wages, but i'll put the code change in when I have a consensus
