I just noticed an issue where if a friendly is scheduled against a background club and they don't have enough players then it keeps trying to move the fixture.  i have just cancelled a load of such fixtures which were looping around.

i'll have to put something in to 1) stop such friendlies from being scheduled, 2) for them to be cancelled instead of moved if not enough players, 3) make sure background clubs get enough players being generated
