Just to make you aware, I noticed that there was some incomplete code in the training process. The code is around the language proficiency of the head coach and each player - i.e. if the player and coach are not proficient in the same language there should be a reduction in likelihood of training improvements and should also impact the happiness of the player. I'll be looking at sorting this out in the next few days, so you might want to check your head coaches speak the same language as most of your players. i'll probably do it so that as long as they have 60% + proficiency in the same language there will be no penalty
