I've noticed a number of coaches have very low monthly wages. I think the minimum for a very inexperienced low rep coach should be around 100, so its an error where you have coaches getting paid 8rq per month... This is currently being looked at, but once resolved you may find the cost of your coach going up if he was affected by this issue edited by admin on 30/09/2022

looks like this was AI clubs making lowball coach wage offers. Should be fixed now going forward but I haven't yet done anything about currently low wages

just noticed another error with this. when calculating the expected coach wage for a non-manager position, it was using the average managers experience and rep instead of coaching experience and rep. This means if you went for a coach with high experience and rep, but no management experience and rep you could pick him up for 1000 per month! this has been corrected so one of my teams is having to offer 75k per month for a new head coach instead edited by admin on 13/06/2023
