Economic changes coming...

Right now the top clubs are making money too easily and have more than they know what to do with.  This has resulted in having to implement the artificial billion rq cap to stop the capital getting so high that it breaks the game!

So in the coming weeks i'll be implementing a few changes to try reduce the income for the top clubs.  As someone suggested in one of the other threads, for top flight divisions, prize money will be reduced for the top 4 and spread out so there is prize money paid to anyone in the top half.

Also will be reducing sponsorship deals for the top clubs (800+ class).

This will be the first step and will see the affect before trying anything else (don't want to overcompensate and make anyone bankrupt)

Next change will be a tweak to player wages, with better (high overall) players demanding a higher weekly wage.  I'll hold on to this until i've seen the impact of lower sponsorship and prize winnings though.

Hi Rooq,
Been getting into the game again recently and really enjoyed last season. I think the tweaks to the prize money sound like a good idea but I’ve noticed my Italian side Como didn’t get any at all. With The Spartans I came 1st and received 100mil which seems intentional, but Como got nothing in Serie A for 2nd. Is that an error?
Thanks

found the error.  it was only giving prize money for the champions in all top divisions.

i have allocated some prize money manually to the top few of each division where their capital is well below the billion limit (so I know i won't accidentally break the game).  Can you check Como now?

There’s no change in my transaction history, but I can see I’ve gained 50million or so.
