Loans not being acknowledged?

He is 19, only just over 600 experience, so not ready for the main team (we're in the UCL quarters, cup semi and on top in the league). Wanted him to get some experience, though, so loaned him out to Napoli, another one of my clubs. There he is on the bench, but has appeared in 32 games, scored once with four assists. Napoli are currently leading Serie A. So given he's a 19 year old novice you'd think he'd be happy. However, he just told me that he wants to go out on loan owing to a lack of playing opportunities! Aside from the raging lack of gratitude for his amazing opportunity, is the game not recognising loans between two clubs owned by the same player, maybe?
