Good question- just realised it's not covered in the game guides. At the moment, the game just generates new players from the academy twice a year (june and December i think - will check the code later). And the stats of the player are influenced by how good the academy is. There isn't a separate group of academy players which you can view, although this is likely to be a feature I introduce in the future.

Thank you. A follow up question. How many players will join your team? Will the system take lack of positions into account? For example, my current team doesn’t have a LB in their roster.

It's 1 or 2 (random) and the position is random as well. A little hint, you can play a RB or decent defensive mid in LB, and if they have a good adaptability stat there won't be any reduction in attributes

Another question. I have transferlisted a player. Does the system automatically make offers from bot teams? i.e. i can expect some offers at some point?

Non player teams look for players who might improve their squad. This is a check they make every couple of game days while the transfer window is open. Priority will be given to players listed at significantly lower than their actual value. Whether you actually get an offer or not depends on his stats, value and if the non player team needs someone in his position. I've had players who have had no offers, and others who have had multiple offers.

When i compare leased monthly costs of a stadium and monthly maintenance cost of a stadium. The first one is slighty cheaper. Where is the advantage (besides changing size) of owning a stadium?

the lease on a stadium will change in cost depending on the clubs class. they are actually reviewed by the stadium's owner every year and you get a notification to say if the price is going up or down. so they might be better value at small clubs but not at the more elite clubs. e.g. check the difference between Arsenal and Tottenham's monthly costs for similiar sized stadiums - ignore Man Citys though - for some reason the leasing cost is 0 and this is an error.
